If you find that you have not been credited for points yet, it could be for a variety of reasons:
- Make sure you followed the instructions for the offer correctly. Each offer has specific instructions on how to earn points for that offer. If you do not follow these instructions, the advertiser may not credit your account.
- If you followed the instructions correctly, it may be because the advertiser has not submitted the credit yet. Most offers take only a few days to credit, but some can take 30.
- If you have waited at least 7 days and you followed the instructions correctly, please complete our missing points form. You will be able to submit your claim here.
Please note, QuizPoints cannot investigate your claim if you do not have sufficient information about the offer beforehand. Please gather the following information before submitting a claim:
1) Order Number or Account Number - we need this information to identify your specific account or order. 2) Email address used to complete the offer 3) Order confirmation email sent by the advertiser or merchant (NOT cancellation emails).
