Sometimes, instead of suspending a member account, an administrator may choose to place your account in verification mode. We do this in order to avoid suspending an account if we feel it may be in error.
If your account has been placed in verification mode, you will be required to verifiy it by completing the following steps: 1. Contact an administrator and let us know that you wish to verify your account. 2. Quizpoints.com will send a verification code via US Postal Service to the address in your profile. 3. When you receive the verification code, contact us again and provide the verification code in your contact request.
Once we receive the code, your account will be verified. If you order a prize that requires shipment, your account will automatically be verified.
Please note, we can only ship one verification notice per account. You are not permitted to modify your member profile or access your account while your account is in verification mode.
