QuizPoints.com is dedicated to providing quality service to its members, affiliates, and partners. Therefore, we have created the following terms and conditions for our members to ensure the best value for our partners, and the highest possible payouts for our members. Those who abuse these terms are subject to (but not limited to) the consequences outlined in this agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old, be a United States resident and have a valid e-mail address to enroll in the QuizPoints Service ("Service"). Participation in the Service is strictly voluntary and open to individuals only. No business, corporation, or other entity shall be eligible for registration with the Service. Individuals may hold only one member account with QuizPoints. Only one account per household is permitted. Individuals with multiple households or addresses may only hold one member account. Members who register and verify more than one account will be removed from the system without notice, and all points and prizes earned will be forfeited immediately. Points are non-transferable and hold no monetary value.
Your account profile must reflect accurate information at all times. Gift cards will be shipped to the address in your profile upon processing date. QuizPoints.com is not responsible for gift cards shipped to inaccurate addresses due to errors in your profile.
QuizPoints reserves the right to terminate its agreement with any or all members at any point in time. Should QuizPoints decide to discontinue its service with any or all members, QuizPoints is in no way liable to its members for points earned or unprocessed prizes. You agree that you will not hold QuizPoints responsible in any way for points or prizes that have not been delivered to you. Should there be a discrepancy in your points calculation versus that of QuizPoints, QuizPoints will determine your final account balance. However, in an effort to provide the highest quality of service to members, members are welcome to submit a contact request to provide a solution to the discrepancy. QuizPoints will investigate the situation and determine the final outcome of the problem, should the problem arise. Members are required to keep their accounts active. To maintain an active account, the member should login at least once every 3 months, and complete at least one offer every 12 months. Should a member fail to meet both of these requirements, QuizPoints will terminate the agreement with the member and deactivate the member's account. The member may request reactivation, however QuizPoints is not obligated to fulfill this request, nor is it obligated to reissue points forfeited during the deactivation process.
Points may be exchanged only for prizes offered by QuizPoints. In the case that a prize is unavailable, QuizPoints may reject a prize order and refund the points to the member. This is an unexpected but possible scenario. Points are rewarded after our partners notify us of a transaction. However, in some unforeseen circumstances some partners may not pay all debts owed to QuizPoints. In this case, QuizPoints reserves the right to retract, deny, or fail to pay points to members for those offers associated with an unpaid partner account. As a service to the member, QuizPoints will avoid doing this if possible. QuizPoints is dedicated to providing quality service for all members, affiliates, and partners associated with its service. For this reason, should a member fraudulently or inadequately complete an offer, or illegitimately submit information to devalue QuizPoints' service to its partners, QuizPoints reserves the right to terminate a member's account or withhold/delay payment of prizes until the issue has been resolved. QuizPoints requires that its members only complete offers that are interesting or appealing to the member, and that the information shared with its partners is accurate and reflects the member's true interests. Should our partners notify us of potential "bad" offer completions, we will immediately remove the points earned for that transaction from the member who completed the offer. QuizPoints will then evaluate the situation and determine whether or not the member should be removed from our network.
Lastly, QuizPoints wishes to provide higher payouts for its members than other incentive sites. Should QuizPoints not uphold this policy, it is the member's responsibility to notify QuizPoints of a more competitive offer. QuizPoints will investigate the offer and determine a new payout, if necessary.
